Backpack Ministry!

It’s been a great start for a new school year for the Backpack Program! With everyone working together it’s going to be a fantastic one. I asked the principal this summer if we could do even more to help this year. She mentioned a need for athletic shoes and under clothing. Due to the generosity of our church family and God’s provision we were able to donate these items to Allen Bowden School. God is so good! I am truly thankful to everyone who is helping with the Backpack Program and to Cheryl Cox who has agreed to be a Co-leader. If you have new ideas of ways we can serve the kids, please let us know!
