We are very excited to announce that this week we will be launching our Blessing Box program! Our Ministry Team has been working to build the Blessing Box and gather up goods to fill it! Blessing Boxes are popping up in a lot of cities around the country, and their purpose is to assist families in need by providing a place for them to pick-up non-perishable food items, toiletries, diapers & wipes, etc. any time; day or night. The box reads "Take what you need. Leave what you can. Above all, be blessed." The box is monitored by church volunteers, and re-stocked as donated items are available. The need is great, so if you feel led to donate items to our Blessing Box program, we graciously welcome you to drop them off during regular business hours, or better yet, at church service on Sunday! If making a donation, please keep these helpful tips in mind: Non-perishable food items, items that can be eaten without needing a stove or microwave, canned goods that can be opened without a can opener (flip-top lids), items that require little preparation or few ingredients, and things that can withstand extreme hot/cold temperatures, as they will be outdoors. Our Blessing Box will be located near the Southwest side of our church building, near the covered driveway. Please help us share this wonderful program with the Sapulpa Community!
